Went to the Oriental Pearl today. Was greeted by a lovely young lady who collected 0.5 for 45 minutes from me. She then said she would be back in 10 minutes. I expressed my displeasure at that; she said she would be back "fast".
I waited in a stuffy, sultry, and humid room for 11 minutes. Then I hunted down the young lady, told her I was leaving, and demanded my money back.
She tried to pawn me off onto some ugly old hag who was apparently working there. I again demanded my money back.
She went and got the money and returned it to me. She walked me to the door, apologizing all the way, and said she hoped I would return.
Perhaps I will ... someday ...
