Trying to write a review

I am tyring to write a review for 2 providers in the Dallas area and I can't for the life of me figure out where to go on the site to do it. Please help!

Go to the Dallas Forum.
Go to the appropriate Review forum, Independent, Asian Spa, etc
Near upper left corner, click New Review.

There you go. Fill in the form blanks as completely as you can. Fill in the ROS to describe the session.

How long after a session can you still post a review?

For credit it should be posted within 30 days.
