I have been to L0 AMPs a dozen times and got L1 service about 25% of the times. I think you have a chance there, just keep trying. A few hints:

1. When a provider is not afraid to get close to your pleasure area, it's a good sign that she may offer more. For those who stay a foot away from your genitals or spend very little time on your lower body, forget them.
2. Make repeated visits to build trust. Few will break the strict L0 rules the first time she see you.
3. Pick a time when the manager is absence if you can (late night? Sunday morning?). Rules can be broken when no one is watching.
4. If you're getting aroused, ask for an extension to 90min. It's the codeword for extras (I learned that when some of them asked me if I wanted to go 90min when the hour was almost up, and then L1 happened ...). If the stars align (manager is in another session or absence and you've see her before), good chance she'll commit.
