I need an estate lawyer in Fort Worth

I need a lawyer in Fort Worth who knows about estate law and wills.
If that's you, please contact me asap. I don't imagine this will take up much of your time and, of course, I'm willing to pay you any way you like.

While I am not a lawyer-- I'm deeply entrenched in a probate issue myself. Happy to lend an ear if you have questions-- I've become very well versed in the past couple months.....

The lawyer you hire will hand service of process through a process server his firm has a relationship with. That’s part of the retainer you pay him to cover expenses and fees.

The process depends upon the size of the estate and the location of the decedent.
For Texas
If less than 75 k you can file a small estate affidavit yourself. Fairly easy process
If larger you will have to go through probate
