With me she probably assumed the wad of cash was more than just a single $100 on the outside and that I wouldn't notice just one gone. At least not right away.

At this point, you ask for the money back. If she gives it back, no problem. If not, you call the police and let them know she took the money from your clothes (theft) and let them deal with it. And, no tip for you.
