No love here for whole hog? It's fairly close to the office so I lunch there often and always enjoy it.
Smokin' Bob's BBQ on east sunshine is awesome!

Dallas you will have to take me there
I like Bubba's on the By-Pass just past Chestnut Expwy. They claim he's from KC. And Buckingham's on Campbell across from Bass Pro.

I would take you around to all of them so you could sample them for yourself

Barbecue is like a man looking at a women, it’s a matter of personal taste.

But that’s just my thoughts on it.

Have you had a chance to try some of these places
Without a doubt Smokin Bob's. East Sunshine or Republic Rd. Burnt ends and spicy sausage are tops. Go early for burnt ends.

Ahh yes Buckinghams IS yummmy!!!
Smokin Bobs and Headys in Republic are the best.
City Butcher is third, and is just too dang busy for me to go there again after the first two times.

I compare to the best Kansas City bbq places and the new great bbq places in St. Louis where we have lived.
