PM / tech?

I'm not sure where to post this but I have had some trouble using the PM feature. It seems to work sometimes and not some others. Not sure if I have pissed off a provider or it is just my stupid computer. Any ideas??

Why can't I send a PM to some ladies and not to others?

Members can set a setting to not receive PM's.
