how does a provider earn provider status?

I can't find the criteria for a provider to earn provider status. Could someone post the link or briefly explain?

Provider status is given to Providers that are vouched by known members, or by providing the proper links to their website, and reviews to the staff.

email them with your information (p411, website, links to reviews) or have some verified gents who have seen you email the staff on your behalf.
