Is this normal or did i get ripped of?

That happened to me as well early on in my hobby career, I was driving away about 35 minutes into my 1 hr of time (it was an eccie provider don't do bp). I wasn't aware that some providers are one and done, meaning no MSOG. I felt like I was taken advantage of as well, but paid the freight and chocked it up to a lesson learned.
