First, perb.ca is quite valuable and I don't know of other such resources for Vancouver. When you look at perb.ca for Vancouver, be sure to look at both the Vancouver Reviews, and Vancouver Escorts (which is also reviews, not sure why there are two different places for it).
Secondly, it seems CL is the ad place of choice, and the local hobbyists have come to terms with the fact that 99.9% of CL pictures are FAKE. Even to the point of 40 and 50 something asian ladies trying to tell you they are 20 something. Still with CL and perb.ca in hand you can do some worthwhile research.
Quite a few ladies in the area use Email ONLY. No phone even after contact. So you have to be ok with that to see those, perhaps a smart-phone helps. It is common to buzz into a complex with a number and then go to a different "Unit number". It is also common for the door to open magically upon your arrival so you do not make any noise knocking.
