The Irony of Inflation

The inflation print was 8.6% this past Friday. Grocery prices soaring. $150 does not go far. Your bottle of Gatorade is slimmer, your 24 ounce box of cereal that used to have an inch of room at the top, now has 2 inches. Less Product for the same money.

Ironically we are getting MORE Woman for that same $150. The Listcrawler Providers at the $150 price point now weigh, on average, 220 pounds vs. 180 a year ago.

My math absolutely sucks balls, but I believe that's a decrease in .15c per pound over the last year. We need to get these figures to local news outlets to help restore consumer confidence and hopefully help influence price decreases in all facets of the economy. Or, something like that...
