Best place to country dance

I want to do some line/country dancing while in Dallas Saturday night. Not really looking for the 20s crowd, more 30s and 40s. Can any locals give me some tips? Thank you in advance.

Depends on what area of Dallas.

Cowboys Red River in West Dallas or Southern Junction in Royce City. (East of Dallas)

SJ also makes a decent Steak.

It's so boring.

I guess when you live in a trailer in the country, there is not much else to do.

But they do have all you can eat ribs on Thursday and 2 for 1 steaks on Wednesday and Friday.

I may have to go check it out and then get me a cowgirl while I am at it.

I am sure them cowgirls are tired of sleeping with inbred rednecks and their own cousins and brothers with stupid faggoty names like Billy Bob and Caleb and Cash and Jeb and Jed and Luke and Garth and Wyatt and Randy and Tim and Willie and Merle week after week and they are longing for a REAL man and a GENTLEMAN like me.

Southern Junction used to allow you to grill your own steak if you wanted. They supplied the cut of meat, the seasonings, the large grills and the side items, but I haven’t been there in several years, not sure if they still do though. I got tired of inbreeding with all of my relatives there except on Family Night.

I ain't going to a restaurant, pay a lot of money for food and then have to tip for service, and then have to cook it myself.

That concept never made sense to me.

This doesn’t surprise me...I’m not quite grasping your business model of operation either.

And Stagecoach may be a bit far. Electric Cowboy possibly a bit younger crowd.

Red River is probably what you are after. SJ is a nice place though.

Addison has a country bar. I’ve been a few times. It will be right up the road from you if you are staying in the Galleria area. I love Country dancing and music! It’s a mixed age group. Prob leaning on over 40’s.

Better be careful the nice nice police might consider that a insulting remark.
