This Site isn't Loading right

I click on my user name and no drop down menu comes. Click on contacts and their avatars don't load. Anybody else have problems?

Working now... not sure why there was a problem earlier.

There's other weird things going on; random 'database errors' and page crashes, problems with posts, long load times and some forums crashing altogether.
