Totally lost, any help appreciated

New provider, have not done this since CL was popular if that tells you how long it's been. A couple questions. If there's one thread I should read, please direct. Sorry if it's a pain guys.

1. How do I advertise? Post pics on my profile?

2. Is there a cost or any certain status before one can post ads?

3. No rates, so how do guys know how much?

I want to use alternative email, not the one listed here?
