Orange wine.......new trends

Interesting... Never had any wines except red, white and champagne. Except for champagne, I'd have them again.
Ok, I'm confused. Isn't that what a blush wine is -- white wine that's had red grape skins marinated in it? (I am not a wine expert though, unless you can become an expert by just drinking a lot of it, in which case I'd have like a wine doctorate by now.)

The hot stuff among the young involves infusions- I bought "tootsie roll pops" for the young ladies at there request. A sweet grape flavor with a shot, shot and an 1/2, or 2 shots. Many vodkas are infused as well. I just prefer very good German white wines- the great bottles are only a few dollars more than the normal as opposed to red wines where the variance is much greater.

We have a shop at the Riverwalk with all sorts of wacky flavors including watermelon. I bought a bottle called Category 5 Hurricane, and it had so much peach and melon I would never call it wine...bluck!

I don't get too crazy when it comes to wine. I have my faves, but keep it rather simple. All that sweetness, leads to a freaking hang over.
