Having Trouble with TER

Hey I am having trouble getting upgraded to provider status on TER. I've been a member on there since last year but just have an account, I know I have at least 1 review on there & plenty on here can anyone help give me advice how to get upgraded to provider status or who the correct person to email about that would be? Any help is much appreciated thank you!
