Where did the outcalls go?

I participate on a very seldom - very random manner but until now, I never had a problem finding an outcall in the early to mid evening. I have browsed for a while today and not a one. What's that about?

JamieJinxy does outcall and is extremely well-reviewed. She has an ad up right now under "Provider Ads" so her info is easy to find.
