Typically don't give PA credit for 2nd report of same provider within 90 day period, but since the info is substantially different, I'm giving you a late xmas present.

Also, I'm changing the Recommendation to Yes. We don't do that Yes means No AMP shit in the Encounter Reports forum. Your Recommendation here may affect the provider your report is on, so don't fuck up the reports and the providers by playing games like this. Yes means Yes, and No means No. Period.

totally agree, had multiple conversations with those putting "no means Yes" that B.S. has had me pass on a few that would have otherwise received my business.
