How am I able to provide reviews??? Please help on this.....

1. Schedule with and see a provider.
2. Write review of session with provider.
3. Profit!

But seriously, go to your local area of the boards, (or local for where you saw the provider), and find the "Independent Provider Reviews" section, and click the "New Review" button.
Fill out the fields, and click submit.

That easy.
