The only thing I would add is don't necessarily limit yourself to Eccie. I personally have found Preferred411 has allowed me to meet several young, petite and beautiful ladies. Many of their reviews are on Eccie but I have found it most useful to utilize both sites. There are others too, of course but I know this one works well for me.
