Bbbj friend or foe?

I feel like my experience with the hobby would be so much better if I accepted bbbj....however I know the risks in any sexual activity can be harmful to me and the one I love in the real world. My question for the veterans is how should I approach this safely and still enjoy the amazing service of a bbbj? How do you guys feel about receiving bbbj and allowing yourself to be open to any risk that can go along with it? Thanks
