Screening asking about job information

I was wondering how to go about that this i due have a source of income not alot though but enough to enjoy the hobby once in awhile. But i'm about to go into a line of work if said provider where to give out my information i would lose a lot of work. I have no problem with doing this with a verified provider or a one i have seen before but to new ones it seems risky any thoughts on this matter?.

I agree that it sounds too risky. If you arent already, have you considered using P411? That could restrict you to those providers on there but you should not have to give out employment info.
