PM etiquette

inviste's Avatar
So I'm kind of new at the hobby and have searched all the forums. I was wondering what is proper to send in a PM? Is it strictly proffesional, especially for a first time meeting, or anything goes? What things can and can't you say in a pm? Also when your given a number to call or text, does that mean they want to be contacted that way, rather than pm? Jeez I feel like I'm dating again and stepping on eggshells so I don't run the girl off. Any help, or advice on anything and everything would be appreciated. Ladies, now is the time to straighten me out so that when I contact you, I'll be doing it right.

I'm not one of the ladies, but may be able to help anyway.

I try to keep it short and to the point. Don't be crude or vague. If you are interested in meeting say so, a date and time if possible. If your schedule is open give options.

Something like....Hi XXX, I saw your showcase and would love to meet you. I have some free time Friday evening about 8 or 9 for an hour incall. I am flexible, so let me know what works for you. If you need screening info feel free to ask.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Some ladies prefer PM, some text. If they give you a number be sure and respond w/your handle so they know who it is. Don't ask to many questions right off the bat, Be friendly, but watch trying to be too humorous, it can come across wrong in text at times.
And above all, DON'T light-up their phone w/endless texts. This will get you ignored quickly.

Good luck

Good question. I know what you mean. I am interested in the feedback too. Here is my limited info based on personal experience:

What I learned is that it is expected to have multiple PMs and/ or text messages or phone calls. Do not try to close all business details in the first message, somehow business and etiquette collide for some, but I do not think there is a hard rule.

Some very thought after providers do not use PM , only text messages and do not post in the forums at all, since they have more or less a stable client base and do not need the extra exposure or the forum entertainment. Or have limited English writing skills. A txt message is simpler...

Let's see what answers you'll get about the content of the communication....

When I send a PM I usually let her know I'm about to do her the biggest favor of her professional career by letting her see me. This is also the time to show her how great of a negotiator you are. You should start by offering her half of her published rate. That'll get her attention. If there is a phone number listed you can just skip the pms and just start texting. You might have to text her a lot to let her know you're serious about seeing her.
Another eye catcher is if she's provided an email address. If she has then just start sending dick pics. There's not an escort around that doesn't want to see some dick pics. Oh sure, one or two will say it's not something they want to see, but don't let that fool you....they all want the dick pics.

OR

You could send a PM and say something like:
"Hi Mary Lou! I really liked your latest ad and I've read your reviews and I think you're somebody I'd like to spend time with. I'm on P411 and would be happy to contact you from there so that you can check my OKs and references. Please let me know how you'd like to proceed and I hope to hear back from you soon! I was hoping for a session Saturday morning."

Either method should be fine.

Keep it short, to the point and include pertinent info such as business details and reference info, time & calendar date desired, length of time to reserve, incall or outcall & general area and any further requests. If possible, everything should be in the first initial contact.

Awesome. Thanks for the info.
Any other advice about anything aside from pm's that I should know?

I often send seasonal photos of my 1.3" of dangling death dressed up. The Halloween costume will be a classic again this year.

There are a lot of things with the ass...generally most providers aren't interested in your ass. They know it's there but prefer not to have any reminders that it's there.
If by chance you do want something done with your ass you better clear it before the session (your ass and the request).
Be on time.
Leave on time.
Don't text her 3000 times before or after the session.
Chew gum or use mouthwash.
Trim your nose hairs.
Wait for her to text you that it's ok to come up to the door.
Be sure to leave a donation (preferably the right amount).

I love newbies shoot me a PM! feel free to say & include anything u want. I don't have "rules" when it comes to how to PM me.That seems too demanding. Just be yourself baby! You can write a small paragraph or a long fantasy scene you've always wanted to try. I will simply read it & respond accordingly. No need for a how-to on PMs

Wow ok let me see if I have this right. Trim my ass the day before. Dont tear the comforter with my nails, and if I drop a deuce at her incall, keep it short, sweet, and to the point. Multiple texts PM's and phone calls to keep them on the hook, and always keep my ass in view at all times.

I get all that, but not the dick pic thing. Never would have thought the girls would enjoy a dick pic.

Thanks for the help guys. Any more sage advice?
PMs are just that, private messages. you can say what you want. But its always a good idea to be professional, respectful and to the point. Be sure to introduce yourself, let them know what you're looking for, your availability, and any questions you may have that are not included in their ad or showcase. Also provide any screening info if it is specified in their ad/showcase. And it doesn't hurt to say something nice or give them a compliment.
I would think if you send a pm and don't get a reply, it's time to move on.
