Account downgrade?

My account was down graded and when I responded to the message to get my verification of being a provider back I haven't received a response...I was wondering how I could get my provider status back and privledge to post back!!

Hi Lindsey- that happens when you don't log into your account regularly. I've sent a request to the Admin to restore your status.
I have requested to be released so I may post an ad. I have not had any response so far. Can someone help me?
