I love quality massages. Unfortunately, not so many good therapists in town. When I lived in California, I used to go to acupuncture clinic every week or two. Never been to one in Houston. I recently googled to find literally tons of 5 star review clinics. Anyone tried those here? Any recommendations? My primary focus is to deal with muscles and joints pain.
I am from Cali - there are many good therapists in Houston who can give a great massage, if you are looking for a legit massage. Is that all you are looking for? Please clarify.
What are you looking for, acupuncture, or legit Thai massage, or something else?
Gua Sha therapy, 1/2 mile north of IH10 on Blalock in a multi-story building, right before Capitol One bank and on same side of street. Professional, totally legit.
Then there is LingLing at Yeng sheng foot massage on bellaire@ranchester, entry faces Welcome market, you must call and set an appointment, she is a busy girl, non sensual/legit, massage is top knotch or was, it's been a while since I have seen her, she's the little blondie, pleasant personality. The other shop is CJ Natural Beauty Foot Massage, it's best to schedule ahead with Lisa who runs the place, request the Lisa Massage, she is also on the up and up as is this shop. There is another shop in CT, all male therapist, foot massage, but good work from head to toes, just saying.
Whenever I need an above average massage I go see Jenny at Cherry Park. Her massage is more Reflexology based as opposed to Thai and she will concentrate on areas you have issues with.
In Katy, Alina at Gorgeous does a good Thai back walk and stretching. In Spring, Corner foot massage had a couple of girls who did a good Thai massage. Completely legit shop.
To clarify, I am not looking for massage. I am looking for acupuncture treatment; supplementing it with herbs is a big plus, but most professional TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) clinics do both.
