Lost the ability to review the escorts

When I sign in now I get the big blue bar that says ECCIE, then under that I get Find Girls, over to the right Welcome, no name . I can't find anywhere it says search for escorts. I used to have that but I must have done something to delete it or hide it. Can you help?????

Do you show any tabs to the left under the Main Menu tab?
