Bio Page?

Can anyone give me a little info on the new "Bio Page" & "Delete Bio Page" functions on some providers ECCIE pages - but when I click on my own, I can't view OR delete it?

I see that the picture that pops up - on mine - is definitely NOT one that I took ... and I honestly just wanna see it? LOL

Any info would be appreciated ...
