2 Agencies were busted in ATL yesterday.

According to the reports, all women who worked for them will not be charged and are considered victims. Further arrests are expected pending cooperation of the other parties.
With that said, to any lawyers out there, what's the risks for the client who have used these agencies getting arrested? The screening forms of agencies asks for real names and employment information and that's one reason I've stayed away from them. But that's probably going to be scrutinized if there are records kept.
