Islam is a massive problem all over the world.

Does that activate NATO?

Some, but not all, of those countries are in NATO. Bulgaria, Albania, and Romania are members. Of course a declaration of war by some group is not always recognized. Bin Laden declared war on the US in 1995 but Clinton forgot to tell the country. We don't seem to be at war with ISIS but they seem to be at war with us. Does anyone really thing that Obama would take action after leaving Ukraine swinging in the breeze?

No wonder woomby, shammy and assup LOVE Europe so much !! They have a problem with their "backdoors" too ! They can't seem to ever get their "backdoors" closed, what with covering 3 shifts down at Talleywackers and expanding their glory hole franchises down in Arkansas !!! They spend a lot of their time "bouncing around" to meet their "clients" needs !!
