FYI : Dec 10th ---- Dec 13th I 20 around Lindale will be closed both ways..........Drive Hwy 80

I thought I would let everyone know that I20 on Sunday Dec 10th ------Dec 13th maybe closed both ways. They are working on the bridges at the Hideway Lake area and will be shutting both sides down. To avoid delays and etc find another way around. Please pass this on to help others. Thanks Taylor

That will be a nightmare. I-20 will be backed up for miles. Must have been from the accident last month where that tanker hit the fm 849 bridge. Closure to start at noon Sunday.

I like driving Hwy-80 more than I-20 anyway.

I'm not sure. I thought it was because of the bridge for the toll road to Mineola. The toll road 49 is suppose to end up on 69 in Mineola. I didn't hear anything about the bridge getting hit but that could have been the day it was backed up on the East side when I was going home.

Thank you for the info ..... I was going that way on Monday .... I will use my google maps and see if it take me on a detour.
