How is age measured here? In regards to FrenchToast

Just a quick question to the staff...

In regards to the age in which people are allowed to be "members" of this fine community, and in regards to FrenchToast and his adolescent and childish posts...

Is it the Physical age of an individual that gives them access to this site, or the mental/emotional age/state that grants individuals the privilege, and legal basis to be part of the community?

If you use age by measure of mental/emotional state, half of the people here would have no where to go to express their self-valued opinions. We need to set up kiddie area for them. Otherwise they might go berserk.
