Yes it is. There is nothing in the guidelines that prohibits advertising or requesting it however that doesn't mean we are condoning it.

I'd like to HOPE that most providers wouldn't accept her as a reference, nor give her one in return. She's kind of cutting her own throat on screening, if she really does screening at all. Why require 2 or 3 refs (as she states in her ad) if you don't care about your own physical well-being?
