How Long Before Encounter Report/Review are moderated

I submitted an encounter Christmas Day, did not expect it to be read immediately, after all it was Christmas Day when I submitted it, but am confused. Does an Encounter report with ROS details count as a review now since there are no longer reviews. I ask this because I have submitted over 150 either comments or reviews or encounters over the last 15 years. When doing so I was granted 6 weeeks of PA, do encounter reports generate the same PA timeframe. The new iteration of ECCIE is a bit confusing for me, not as computer savy as I would like to be, please advise

Its just like it was before with reviews and I'd say it takes within 24 hours but your review was probably overlooked but I'll look at it

I figured that with the Holidays things may get backed up. I imagine there may be a few that are in queue... (including my own).
