RTM button?

I've seen this mentioned in different posts before. Apparently it's used to report things to the Mods, correct? Not that I need it right now, but I was curious. Does it exist and if so, where is it? I don't see that option anywhere on here.

Right below your avatar there is a red triangle. When you want to report a post or thread to the mods, you hit that triangle on that post and report it. It then goes to all the mods
