Hey y'all. I think I might make a trip down that way today. I've never been so if anyone could help me out with what areas are safe to stay it'd be much appreciated!!

Hi Raven,
I would definitely stay in West Little Rock
There are a number of hotels around the Heart Hospital off of Shackleford dr and kanis blvd which are good.
Food wise you can check out the heights and hillcrest areas for many food options as well as the west little rock area where you would be staying. Avoid south of 630 if possible and south university avenue both can get dicey.
