In my Sent Folder it only contains conversations that i have personally started. Why doesnt it include messages that i have replied to? Is there an option i need to change in order to see what I just wrote to so-and-so?
Look to left
Click User Control Panel UCP
Look left. Under Your Control Panel
Click Edit Options
In the second block, Messaging, last item
Click Save Sent Messages
Go to bottom of page and Save Changes
That should save your sent items.
