BP Fara - NC/NS

First time I have posted here, but I am sick of making appointments and then then not hearing from the provider. I made an appointment with Fara via text last night for noon today. We were all set, I had the address and told her I would confirm in the morning just to make sure she could still make it. She said OK. Tried from 10 am until noon and never got a text reply; she never answered her phone or returned msgs; nothing (4:00 now and still haven't heard anything). I had a plan B nearby so I went ahead and drove to her site hoping she might contact me, but she never did. Luckily plan B worked out but the whole thing still pissed me off. I know things happen and appointments can't be made, but when I have to cancel I always let the provider know that I won't make it. Have had this happen 3 times lately and am really annoyed.
