Homemade tamales.....

I have a great guy in Springfield who makes homemade tamales....they are pork or chicken...very very good tasting and very very full of meat.

Springfield has a lot of good places for most budgets or cuisines.

Since you started the thread with tamales, I will say Cesar's Old Mexico east Sunshine. How about you?

I've had many east coast visitors comment about the quality of sushi in town also...NO PUNS!

Smokin Bob's for BBQ when I don't have time to make it. Burnt ends and brisket are the best. Ribs I wait until I can make them. Bass pro for breakfast buffet. Jose Loco's for Mexican food.
