Info on asian ad

So saw reviews and ads with number 2102390069. I get to San Antonio around noon on Sunday. I messaged them and it seems like they offer a true GFE (hoping for BBFS) but they gave me an address to a hotel. Now the 2 reviews I read on here seem legit. Can anyone confirm? Thank you. I will leave a review as well once done
