Aside from being genuinely concerned for the lady's welfare, what should I expect from providers who don't keep their appointments? The first time this happened I didn't hear back from the provider until the next day. We were scheduled to meet at 6PM, I confirmed at 1PM, but no answer on the phone the rest of the night. Next day I finally got though and was told she fell asleep and didn't hear the calls. We rescheduled and all was well, but I was quite worried for her that night.
As i write this, i've been waiting for 30 minutes for my provider to answer the phone. She had pre-screened me a week or so ago, I confirmed by phone yesterday at her request, and here I am with another missed appointment.
A third provider was kind enough to write an email that she had something come up and I totally am fine with that.
I just don't know what to make of today's situation. Again, I hope she's ok, but I'd like to have a better success rate. Is this common in your experience?
