They didn't stop river traffic but when you see that many police boats you do respect the area.
I was very impressed with the response teams actions. They showed up quickly at every dock in the basin.

It was a nice day yesterday. The down side to working nights for me especially when it is not so hot and humid. Even though you were spared the part going on, I think it is ugly enough to see a person have to go through a statement in public like that.
