What happen to the rotating banner that used to be up in the header area?

Was it part of this attempted recent hack into ECCIE?

I don't know but will try to find out for you.

I believe that one of the staff members said the banner was disabled as part of the cleanup from the malware/virus alert problem. I assume it will be back at some time in the future.
