To post or not to post anything about no-shows?

Just wanted to know if there is a place on this site where one posts about no-shows? Wouldn't exactly be a review..but if someone says they're on they're way but never show up..is this of interest to anyone else who might be contemplating calling the same provider - that a no-show is a possibility.
