These are fake, imho.
I signed on to sipsap (work in IT so get a few requests to help across various platforms) and, since then, I have been getting a bunch of emails from this domain.
Went through my profile there (since that was the only new platform I had setup an account in recent weeks) and removed (unchecked) emails notification to contact me and it has slowed down OR, since I have just been deleting them, figured my email was a dummy one 🙃

Fake. I have a profile on there which I didn't create. Says I was online 5 days ago. Obviously not, as I don't have an account there. Clearly hijacked an old ad of mine from somewhere else. Phoney baloney.
