Life Sucks when you get hurt

About 10 days ago I tripped over a pile of metal at the hotel I've been at since May, I herniated 2 disk and could barely move much less work, though I tried. Now I am living in my car. It was their fault and I am sleeping in a car.

Has anything in the last year that has happened to you actually been your fault? Seems not. Hmmm....

Next thing you know, one of them rubber titties is going to deflate all by its self.

i'd have laid across that metal pile called an ambulance and a personal injury attorney.......and had the paramedics film it with my phone.......unless you were drunk, theres no way i'd have left there without a paramedic

Slip/trip and fall cases are very, very hard to win. 95+% of PI lawyers wouldn't take her case. Plus, she won't have any documented lost wages, if I don't miss my guess. You'd spend $3-7,500 in expenses and be lucky to be offered anything in settlement because of liability problems.

Plus, she probably doesn't have health insurance. Hard to diagnose a disc injury without MRI or CT scans, etc. it's a nightmare case for a PI lawyer.

We could do a CAT scan instead, if it makes you happier. Actually, most docs prefer MRI for discs unless contract media are involved.
