Dog snout masks

Why is it that so many ladies (and TSs) have taken to posting pictures on their webpages that have them wearing one of those plastic dog snouts? Doesn't seem all that sexy to me, but what do I know?

I don't think sexy is the objective, but rather cuteness.

It only leaves the eyes and top of the cheeks exposed, which are anyone's best features.
