Let's get an ongoing thread calling out any scammers and game players we encounter in our endless searches.

Both of these wanted payment in advance through cash apps. Fuck that every time.

There's a space before the "r" in "listcrawler" in the URL. Fix that and the URLs work properly.

I generally ignore most ads with area codes outside 412 and 724. 814 may get my attention.
You're big mad, lol. I would be too. Looks like such PYTs... I'm curious...noticed one is advertising
" My content=(different things)". Not a bad idea, tbh, but I'm wondering if there's been any uptick in content creator-related scams since content creation platforms are all the rage now.

For the sake of transparency, I hate when exclusively content creating producers call themselves SWers. It really grinds my gears, lol.

Not trying to hijack your thread, as you've got a great idea, here, but if anyone who has .02 cents on the subject wants to share, just message or email me at minkatpa@gmail.com .

If you've been around awhile it's not too hard to spot a fake ad, pics can really tell the truth of the ad also phone#'s or replying by email. Listcrawler and STG is full of b.s. ads.

Most bogus ads are definitely easy to spot. Most outside area codes are bogus and any with an email only are bogus. Fake photos are pretty easy to determine as well.

Maybe I still have a little bit of optimism when I see new ads with 412 or 724 area codes. I usually send a text message to snoop them out. A lot never respond, some do, few are legit.
Location often can be used to spot fake ads too. Often the scammers are posting in multiple cities and are too lazy to create separate ads for each. Therefore ads with an overly general location like “in your city” or “nearby” are obvious. Less obvious ones like “airport area” or “downtown” can also tip you off. After all, while they sound like real locations, they still can be used for multiple cities — all cities have a downtown and an airport. I’m more apt to think an ad is real if I see a specific area such as Monroeville, Greentree, Cranberry, etc.
I have run across quite a few who said that they are in Bethel Park. They want ya to join a sitr, which means cc info to talk.
I am think this one is a scam she got to text and booking and wanting an advance to pay for the room in 10 min. Me: what part of the city are you in? Her: Town.

Nohandle, you had me at “advance”. Almost any time they ask for any kind of advance or deposit, it’s a scam. The location she gave just confirmed it.

"Can you send me a small deposit just so I know you are real?"

LOL. GTFO

SA profiles created in the last week, with 1 photo showing the girl's face, and she reaches out to you first....

100% always and forever a scammer looking for a pre-pay.
For the record, I reached out to her first. Most of the girls reaching out first are from Venezuela or Philippines.
