FW recommendations?

I've spent a fair amount of time exploring Dallas, but I'm going to be in FW in the near future and am curious about making an acquaintance or two. I have a first choice but thought I'd survey the crowd in case those plans don't pan out. Thanks in advance!

Esperanza's (or at least the one in Forest Park) not only serves its own dishes, but you can order a Joe T.'s enchilada dinner, as well.
