My favorite albums of 2013

As the year is coming to wraps in less than 2 weeks, I took it upon myself (didn't really need to) to make a personalized ranked list of my top 10 favorite albums of 2013. I’m mainly a hip-hop head enthusiast with regions of indie rock and electronic pop likings fastened to this brain of mine. As such, this brief list (I do say brief, as I purchased from iTunes a total of 38 new albums) is customized and fitted to my own musical likings.

4. Eminem: The Marshall Mathers LP 2
5. Janelle Monáe: The Electric Lady
6. Arctic Monkeys: AM
7. Earl Sweatshirt: Doris
8. Lorde: Pure Heroine
9. Drake: Nothing Was the Same
10. Lady Gaga: Artpop

So my question is—do any of these picks cut across to a favorite album or albums of yours for this year, members and providers alike?
