This place is going to be good because it is managed by a mamasan. Another place that has been good lately, again because of a mamasan is Enjoy Spa on Jefferson HWY in BR.

Parking kinda exposed. Not sure about long term viability with location

Review coming. Good service and yes, the presence of a mamasan is a definite plus. The price is also the best in town. Total is less than the tip at many places.

[PRIVATE]They no longer collect they fee in 2 parts, door fee and tip. You just pay $160 up front for a half hour and $180 for a full hour. They advertise BBBJ but Cindy put a cover on. Next time I'll try the other girl and ask about BB.[PRIVATE] There is a carport in the back. Ipulled all the way in and parked there. I was the first customer that morning. When I left there were 2 Chevy Silveradoes parked in front.
